Walk Around the Village - The walk starts at the Car Park, crosses the bridge and follows the lane towards Mint Cottage. Over the crossing point on a stone wall onto farmland. The beck is to your left and far below you. A drop down to the footbridge across the beck. Up a steepish path, on to the Mews road, then follow the road down into the village. Between 2 & 3 miles, and very attractive. We are grateful to Lynne Porter for drawing this map. |
