Junior Cricket Coaching |

Fridays from 18th May to 20th July 2012 - Junior Coaching (Ages 6-15) - 6pm (Prompt) to 7.15pm (ish) every Friday from the 20th May 2011 to the last session which is held on the 15th July 2011. Everyone is welcome (boys and girls). £10 for 9 sessions or £2 per week. Please note sessions are weather dependant and may be called off at short notice. Last Wednesday of every month - The Whist Drive and Dominos meets on the last Wednesday of every month at the Village Hall between September and April. The evenings start at 7:30pm prompt, and ends normally at around 10:30pm. The cost per player is £2.50 and light refreshments are included. Everyone is welcome. More details >>> |

Group Fitness Class |

Tuesday 18th October 2011 (Then every Tuesday) - Group Fitness Class - every Tuesday until the 20th Dec 2011 from 10 to 11am at Bolton-by-Bowland Village Hall. A mixed (gender, age & ability) fitness class led by a local REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer. The class aims to improve general physical health, strength and fitness through challenging, but enjoyable exercises and activities. All movements can be scaled or substituted to suit individuals and their requirements. No's are limited to 10-12 people and would-be participants must complete a health screening questionnaire.
